Ltd, City Union Bank, HDFC Ergo, G.P. Parsik Bank, Catholic Syrian Bank and many others Students were offered various coveted roles in BFSI, FMCG, IT, BFSI, Sales & Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Operations etc.

We also invest in student development to make them industry ready to make sure students achieve their potential. From a carefully crafted Induction Program to gain business sense & hands-on learning on office tools to Live Projects & Industrial Visits for practical learning to Online Learning for gaining new age skills to Preparatory sessions for overall development.

The Placement Process at RPIMS acts as a bridge between the expectations of the Recruiters with the dreams of the students.
Placement team will interact with representatives of firms across sectors to know about their interest and the expectations through hiring at RPIMS.
Student profiles and other relevant details are shared with companies.
Various companies conduct Pre-Placement Talks thereby providing in-depth information about the roles and profiles/projects being offered. Also detailed job descriptions with CTC and other benefits are shared with the students.
Basic factors such as profiles, locations, remuneration offered, student’s perceptions and areas of interest, companies are ranked and are invited on campus to conduct face to face interviews.
Applications are invited from our students and resumes of interested applicants are shared with the companies.
Companies conduct their own selection process which typically involves CV based shortlisting, group discussions, written ability test, aptitude test and interviews.
Final results are announced by the companies and are conveyed to the students.
